Celebrity adds weight to Lib Dem F&BS campaign

Jane Couch MBE supports Peter Tyzack

5 times World Women's boxing Champion Jane Couch MBE added her weight to the local Lib Dem campaign. The Lib Dem candidate Peter Tyzack who is fighting for new constituency Filton and Bradley Stoke stands the best chance of blocking the Tories according to both the bookies Labrokes and the polls including the electoral calculus seat calculation site.

Peter Tyzack said, "I'm really pleased Jane has put her weight behind my campaign. She put me through my paces to help me get fighting fit for the last few days of the campaign. We've gone from a bit of standing start but have gained so many new supporters after the Leader's debates gave a fair platform for Lib Dems."

He continued, "Jane's success story is one we really want to celebrate. Too many youngsters often sadly find themselves on the edges of our society, and have nowhere to turn. So as Lib Dems we want to highlight how with better sporting and other opportunities for young people, they can turn their lives around. "
