On May 6th 2010 people across the country went out to vote and decided that they wanted a change of Government. However, it wasn't a straight forward swap from Labour to Conservative as in previous elections, this time no one party had an overall majority and history was in the making.

The Lib Dem candidate Peter Tyzack who is fighting for new constituency Filton and Bradley Stoke stands the best chance of blocking the Tories according to both the bookies Labrokes and the polls including the electoral calculus seat calculation site.

Undecided voters swing to Lib Dems following final Leaders Debate

Last night was the final of the three televised Leaders' debates. Leader of the Liberal Democrats, Nick Clegg, debated with Gordon Brown and David Cameron about the economy. Subjects discussed included breaking up the banks, creating more jobs and reinvigorating the British economy.
